Ingredients
  

  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 1/2 pound mixed mushroom such as crimini, portabello, shiitake, oyster
  • 1 large potato 1/2" cut
  • 1 leek finely chopped
  • 1 medium carrot 1/4" cut
  • 1 celery stalk finely chopped
  • 6 garlic cloves finely chopped
  • 3 TBSP all purpose flour
  • 1 TBSP Badia chopped thyme
  • 2 1/2 cup Swanson vegetable broth
  • 1/2 cup Great Value heavy cream
  • 1 TBSP Great Value dijon mustard
  • 2 TSP salt
  • 1 TSP ground pepper
  • 6 sheets Athens' phyllo dough or pasty dough
  • 1 TBSP Badia sesame seeds

Instructions
 

  • Heat oven to 375 degrees. On stove top add oil to large sautee pan Add mushrooms and cook stir often untiel liquid is releases than evaporate and mushrooms are brown.
  • Add potato, leek, carrot, celery than cook until potato starts to tender.
  • Add garlic, flour, thyme, stir until no flour showing.
  • Stirring constantly, grafually pour in broth. Bring to simmer and cook until thick enough to barely coat spoon.
  • Stir in cream, Dijon mustard, salt and pepper them remove from heat. Taste filling and eason more if needed.
  • Pour mixture in large baking dish. Lay 1 sheet of phyllo dough over mixture. Tuck in any over hang into the pan. Cover mixture one sheet at a time.
  • Drizzle butter over dough and sprinkle sesame seeds over butter.
  • Place in center of the oven and cook for 30 to 40 until dough is deep golden brown.
