- 1 Mixing Bowl
- 1 measuring spoons
Ingredients
- 2 Large Portbella muschoom 1/4 inch slices
- 2 TBSP Maple Syrup
- 1 TBSP Apple Cider Vingur
- 1 TBSP Tajin Spice
- 1 TSP Fresh grated garlic
- 1/2 TSP Onion Powder
- 1/2 TSP Smoked Parprika
- 1/2 TSP Mustard Powder
- 1/4 TSP Thyme
- 1/8 TSP Cayene Pepper
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, add all ingredients but mushrooms
- Place all dry spices in mixing bowl, light mix together. Add Maple Syrup and Apple Cider Vinegar.
- Once combined. Hand coat mushrooms and place on silicone tray for dehydrator.
- Dehydrate on vegetable setting for 6 hours. After 6 hours removed from silicone tray, flip and place on mesh tray and dehydrate for another 6 hours.
- Once complete remove from dehydrator and store up to 3 days or a week in an airtight container.
