Equipment

  • 1 dehydrator
  • 1 Mixing Bowl
  • 1 measuring spoons

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Large Portbella muschoom 1/4 inch slices
  • 2 TBSP Maple Syrup
  • 1 TBSP Apple Cider Vingur
  • 1 TBSP Tajin Spice
  • 1 TSP Fresh grated garlic
  • 1/2 TSP Onion Powder
  • 1/2 TSP Smoked Parprika
  • 1/2 TSP Mustard Powder
  • 1/4 TSP Thyme
  • 1/8 TSP Cayene Pepper

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, add all ingredients but mushrooms
  • Place all dry spices in mixing bowl, light mix together. Add Maple Syrup and Apple Cider Vinegar.
  • Once combined. Hand coat mushrooms and place on silicone tray for dehydrator.
  • Dehydrate on vegetable setting for 6 hours. After 6 hours removed from silicone tray, flip and place on mesh tray and dehydrate for another 6 hours.
  • Once complete remove from dehydrator and store up to 3 days or a week in an airtight container.
