Quesadilla In A Panini Press

Panini Press Quesadilla

  • 1 Panini Press


  • 2 flour tortillas
  • shredded Monterey Jack cheese or other of choice
  • filling of Choice beef, chicken, beans or vegetable
  • chopped cilantro
  • salsa
  • serrano peppers
  • Mexican style creama or sour cream
  • guacamole 


  • To fill the quesadilla, place the tortilla on a plate. Start with shredded cheese, top with filling of choice (beef, chicken, vegetarian) then finish with another sprinkle of cheese.
  • Place the second tortilla on top
  • Put the completed quesadilla on the Panini Press and close the lid
  • The quesadilla should be ready in about 2min. I like mine to be a little crispy, open the lid in about a min and check to see, if its not the way you like close the lid until its the way you like it.
  • Once cooked, serve them asap while they’re hot and crispy! Place your salsa, cilantro, peppers, creama on top. Feel free to add ingredients to your liking.
